Harman Kardon has unveils a new soundbar for flat panel TVs that is called the SB 16. The new sound bar is small and puts all the speakers that are needed for good home theater sound into a single bar that fits in front of the TV or behind the set.
The SB 16 also ships with a powered subwoofer for more bass. The sound system is a 2.1 offering and has 3D virtual surround sound processing. It accepts optical and digital coaxial inputs and can be controlled by your TV remote.
The subwoofer is wireless and can be placed wherever you want it in the room. It has a music sensing switch and the hardware to wall mount the sound bar is included. The sub has 100 watts of power and uses a down-firing design and a 10-inch speaker. You can order the SB 16 right now for $599.99.
