General Motors will run five Super Bowl commercials on Sunday during Super Bowl XLV. According to Adage, all five GM Super Bowl ads will promote the Chevy brand. The featured cars in the GM Super Bowl ad avalanche include the Volt, Silverado, Cruze and Camaro.
Update:
Watch all five Chevrolet Super Bowl Commercials now online.
GM clearly wants to say "We are back!" with this huge presence that also extends into the pre and post game broadcast. The ads itself are supposed to be not over the top, which of course is bad news. If a Super Bowl ad is not standing out through humor, story or cool visuals it will be forgotten quickly. One of the GM Super Bowl 2011 ads got already published. You can watch it below. It features the new Camaro and some Transformers action.
Car ads will dominated the Super Bowl 2011. The Germans are out in full force. Only Porsche is missing. Chrysler is also supposed to advertise during the Super Bowl 2011, but has not revealed their plans yet.
Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
