BMW is returning as Super Bowl advertiser this Sunday after a ten year absence. BMW has not released any official details about their Super Bowl commercial plans. What we know is that there will be two BMW Super Bowl 2011 ads. One ad will promote the BMW X3 and now AdWeek reports that the other BMW ad will feature the new Mini Countryman.
We know about the BMW X3 Super Bowl commercial because BMW launched a BMW X3 Contest on Facebook. The other BMW commercial is supposed to promote the four-door Mini Countryman. The new four-door Countryman went on sale just last month in the United States.
Mini commercials have been edgy and fun in the past. BMW actually has already released a bunch of Mini Countryman commercials that are pretty funny. This feeds the hope that BMW is doing something hilarious with the Mini Super Bowl ad. Watch some of the Mini Countryman TV commercials below.
Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. Watch the first 2011 Super Bowl Ads now.
The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
