As reported Groupon scored a last-minute Super Bowl ad spot. Now Groupon just released a commercial on their blog that is supposed to drum up some interest for their upcoming Super Bowl commercial on Sunday. Groupon says fans will not be disappointed with the Groupon Super Bowl ad. We will see about that on Sunday.
In the meantime Groupon published a 2 minute video that is sponsored by Deutsche Bank (why ever!) that features a Groupon Addict. The video is interesting, but a bit slow paced. The Groupon addict explains how he got hooked on Groupon and how it changed his life. The commercial actually does a good job explaining what Groupon is along the way. Groupon says that this video is a dismissed Super Bowl ad idea. Watch the Groupon Super Bowl teaser video below.
Groupon so far has not been active advertising on TV and just grew by word-of-mouth and online campaigns. Groupon made recent headlines when they declined a $6 billion takeover offer from Google. Groupon brings group buying and coupons together. Groupon users can save and businesses get tons of new customers.
Groupon is also set to have a big pre-game ad presence.
The Groupon Super Bowl Commercials have been release.
Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl
for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide
will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game.
