The Super Bowl 2011 is here. Fox is this year broadcasting the biggest TV event of the year. The Super Bowl coverage starts already four hours ahead of the kickoff with the Super Bowl Pre-Game show. The Pre-Game Show starts at 2pm Eastern (11am Pacific). The Super Bowl Kickoff is expected to take place at around 6:30pm ET.

The Fox Super Bowl Pre-game show has Terry Bradshow and Curt Menefee as hosts. Within the 4 hour pre-game show President Obama is giving Bill O'Reilly an interview. The Super Bowl XLV also has a red carpet this year. Micheal Strahan and Maria Menounos will report from the red carpet and the celebrity arrivals.

There is also live music during the Super Bowl Pre-Game Show. Keith Urban and Maroon 5 are performing live today. As reported the Super Bowl Halftime Show is performed by the Black Eyed Peas.

The Super Bowl Pre-Game Show already will feature lots of commercials. Online coupon group buying services Groupon and LivingSocial are set to square off with commercials during the Pre-Game Show. Groupon will also advertise during the Super Bowl. GM is also extending their already massive Super Bowl commercial presence into the Pre-Game show. GM is even sending a NASA Space Robot to the Super Bowl Countdown.

All in all the Super Bowl Pre-Game Show is already worth to tune into. Heck, It is a great reason to start to drink beer early today. As said above the Super Bowl XLV kicksoff at around 6:30pm. Live coverage of the Big Game starts at 6pm ET. At around 10pm the Super Bowl is over and the FOX will broadcast a recap and the presentation of the Vince Lombardy Trophy. After that the highly anticipated special Glee episode airs.

We will report all day and night about the latest Super Bowl commercials and entertainment as they happen. Just do not expect to find any coverage of the game itself on our Super Bowl for Geeks Hub. All we know is that the Steelers play against the Packers.
