Samsung Adds Two New Digital Cameras to Lineup

Samsung has announced that it has added two new digital cameras to its lineup. The new cameras include the Samsung ES80 and Samsung PL20. The two cameras look very much alike, but different in key ways. The PL20 us a 14MP offering and the ES80 is a 12MP camera.

Both have digital image stabilization with 5x optical zoom. The PL20 has a 27mm wide-angle lens and can record HD resolution movies. Power comes from a rechargeable battery pack. The ES80 and the PL20 each come in silver, red, pink, and black colors. Both have a wide range of automatic modes and artistic filters for created pictures.

The PL20 measures 96.8 x 58 x 20.3mm and the ES80 measures 97 x 58 x 20.8mm making it slightly larger. The cameras have face detection, blink detection and more. The PL20 will ship in March for $119.99 with the ES80 coming ion April for $99.99.
