The Play runs the Android operating system, has a slide out controller section that allows you to play games with ease, and has the familiar looking PS3 control layout. The CPU in the smartphone is the 1GHz Snapdragon from Qualcomm and the device uses Adreno graphics to give high-resolution game play at 60fps.
The smartphone will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will be the first PlayStation certified device launched. Other features include a 5.1MP camera with autofocus and flash. It has Bluetooth and all of the other features you expect from a high-end smartphone running Android. It has WiFi, hotspot capability, micro USB connector, aGPS, and lots more.
