Pioneer has unveiled a new professional level DJ mixer that is aimed at the club DJ looking for new features and sound quality. The new mixer is called the DJM-900nexus and the gadget had some cool new effects integrated.
The Sound Color FXs include effects for Space, Dub Echo, Gate/Comp along with Filter, Crush, and Noise. The controller has Beat Effect with 13 different effects including Spiral and Melodic. The mixer has a touchscreen on the side for access to the beat effects called the X-pad. Sound quality was a priority and the device has 24bit/96kHz sound.
Other features include MIDI signal output, channel faders, input selectors, assignable MIDI functionality, 3-band EQ, and lots more. The mixer even has an integrated sound card for getting input from four devices on one USB port.
