Jaguar has announced that it will be launching the awesome new XKR-S at the Geneva Motor show on March 1, 2011. The car has a higher output supercharged V8, revised suspension, and a new aerodynamic design that looks so cool.
The V8 under the sleek hood has 550hp and 502lb/ft of torque and can propel the car to a top speed of 186mph and the car can hit 60mph in 4.2 seconds. The full details and more pics of the sleek supercar will be offered when it debuts in Geneva.
"It is impossible to overstate the impact the E-Type had," said Ian Callum, Jaguar Design Director. "Here was a car that encapsulated the spirit of the revolutionary era it came to symbolize. We're looking forward to celebrating achievement and looking forward with our all-new sports cars in Geneva."
