JBL Audio has been around for a long time and the company makes some really nice speakers for audiophiles and home theater fans. The company has announced that its Studio 1 Series speakers are now available and they should be shipping right now.
The new line includes the Studio 190 floor-standing loudspeaker. It has dual 6.5" low frequency transducers, a 4" midrange, and a 1" high-range transducer. The speaker is a tower design and looks really cool with black, cherry, and silver tinted speakers available. The price for each of the speakers is €399.
The series also includes the Studio 180 floor-standing loudspeaker with a single 6.5" low, a 4" mid, and a 1" high transducer. The speaker is in a tower that comes in the same colors as the Studio 190. The price for the 180 is €299 each. The Studio 130 is a bookshelf loud speaker with a 4-inch low, and a 1-inch high range transducer with a rear facing bass port available in black, cherry, and silver-tinted black. They sell for €249 each.
JBL also has a Studio 120C center channel speaker with a 2.5" duel center channel, dual 4" low and 1" high transducers. This speaker sells for €199. The Studio series has a pair of subwoofers that are powered as well. The 140p is an 8" 150W powered downward firing sub selling for €499. The 150p is a 10" sub with 300W or power that is also down firing and it sells for €599.
