Apple released yesterday the new 2011 iMac. Last week Apple released the white iPhone 4. Is Apple on a role and do we see a new product release next week? There are no rumors that support this. The one product that sticks out and needs an update badly is the MacBook. Ever since Apple released the MacBook Air last fall the MacBook looks outdated. Still, we did not hear any whispers about Apple updating the MacBook.
The iPhone 5 would be due in June, but all rumors point to a release in Fall. The next big Apple event is the WWDC 2011 in June. Early rumors suggest that Apple will not reveal any new hardware at the event and it will be only about iOS 5, OS X Lion and likely a lot about iCloud.
That leaves us with the big question if Apple is releasing any new hardware between now and the WWDC 2011. My prediction is that there will be a new MacBook still this month.
