Microsoft will unveil the next Windows Phone 7 OS release dubbed Mango tomorrow at a VIP event. We already saw some of Mango's features teased including Bing Audio, Bing Vision, Turn-by-turn navigation with Bing maps and SMS Dictation. According to Steve Ballmer there will be 500 new features in Mango. He made that statement at the Japanese Developer Forum 2011 according to WMPowerUser. I hope that does not mean that Microsoft is already making bloatware out of Windows Phone 7 after they started on a clean slate.
Ballmer also hinted that the event tomorrow will reveal OEMs and carriers supporting the next generation of Windows Phone 7 devices.
Update:
The Windows Phone 7 Mango Update is official and indeed there are 500 new features.
