Apple has released updated versions of the Time Capsule and the AirPort Extreme. The new devices are now on sale in the Apple Store. The Time Capsule comes now with up to 3TB of storage.
The new Apple Time Capsule come in only 2TB and 3TB configurations. The 2TB Time Capsule has the same price as the 1TB model had before ($299). The 3TB Time Capsule sells for $499, which was the price of the 2TB model before. It looks like this is all that is new with the 2011 Time Capsule. More storage capacity for the same price.
