What is hot in technology and gadgets today, July 12? It is way more than we ever would be able to cover ourselves. Read more about this in your first Today's 12 post yesterday.
Today's Tech Topic highlights are containing several Apple topics as we are supposedly in the OS X Lion release week. It is anticipated that Apple releases OS X Lion on Thursday along with the new MacBook Air and Mac Pro.
Google+ is still taking a big junk of tech news today with possible future features to be released next week. Estimates of the amount of Google+ users range from 10 to 20m. I think Google is well advised to not talk user numbers until they pass 100 million. Facebook has 750 million users. Once Google+ has 100 million it starts to be a relevant contender. I actually think this will be happening already after the summer. Android has some positive news today with the release of Android Honeycomb 3.2. After all this patent license issues, it is good to read some positive news. HP reshuffles management for webOS. On a lighter note, Rebecca Black is releasing a new song soon.
