Today I am checking out the G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve for the iPad tablet. This case promises to be one of the toughest iPad sleeves on the market and will protect your iPad like no other. If you take your iPad with you wherever you go, the Extreme Sleeve might be just the case you need.
The G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve is made from something called RPT- Reactive Protection Technology. This material can repeatedly absorb impacts. The case has a lifetime warranty and you can return it for a replacement at any time if it breaks. The version I am reviewing is for the original iPad and a version called the G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve 2 will be shipping soon. The G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve sells for $59.99.
The G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve come is black and yellow colors. My review unit is the yellow version and it's cool looking. It reminds me of the foam muscles they put in Halloween costumes for kids to be pretend super heroes. G-Form has some wild videos of the case protecting electronics in some severe situations on its YouTube page so the case appears to protect as good as it looks.
The case has a zippered top that you slip the iPad in though. The inside of the case is neoprene so it shouldn't scratch your tablet at all. The case is very well made and looks really cool too. The yellow case looks more like green than yellow to me, but it's cool looking.
The G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve adds a lot to the bulk. Making the case thin would certainly make it less protective so a thick case is the trade off here. The case is lightweight though so you won't see much more weight if you are carrying the iPad in your laptop bag. There isn't a lot to say about this sleeve. It's very well built and if the videos are any indication, it will protect your iPad like nothing else will.
The G-Form iPad Extreme Sleeve is a cool case that looks different and promises tons of iPad protection.
