The Apple rumor mill has currently two streams related to the iPhone. One is rending a new premium iPhone 5 that has a new form factor. The other rumor stream is focused on a new low-cost iPhone 4. It starts to make sense to consider that Apple is actually going to release two new iPhones in September. This would explain why early iPhone rumors have been swinging between an iPhone 4S and a new radically different iPhone 5.
Yesterday images of a new white iPhone 4 appeared that is not using glass, but plastic as cover. If real Apple would indeed release a new iPhone 4S with reduced cost for the mid-range.
The latest strong support for radically redesigned iPhone 5 comes in form of a silicon case. The case suggests that the iPhone 5 is thinner and has a tapered housing with a rounded backside similar to the iPad 2.
The new iPhone 5 could sport a better and larger screen and has manybe some other hardware features that let it outperform the new iPhone 4S.
Apple is also seen to keep the iPhone 3GS in the market as a pre-paid option.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
