This stand is thin and light making for excellent portability

The iTilt has eight different viewing angles. There are non-slip feet on the stand to prevent your iPad from sliding around. It will work with the iPad and iPad 2 and it will work with a case on the tablet. The iTilt is available now for $19.95.

In Use

I have checked out a bunch of stands for the iPad over the years. Mostly they are fine for use at home, but many of them are too bulky to take on the road easily. The iTilt is different. It's only about a quarter of an inch thick when it is closed making it easy to fit into your bag. The stand will work with the older original iPad and with iPad 2 with or without a case installed.

Most of the stands out there require that you not have a case on the tablet for the stands to work. I bet that this stand will work with other tablets as well as long as it is no thicker than the iPad. The iTilt is very easy to use with no buttons or switches needed to fold or unfold the iTilt. All you have to do is press the part of the iTilt with the grooves down and the thick wire prop will pop out. After that, you simply slip the wire prop rod into the groove that has the angle you want and then put your iPad into the curved holder on the bottom

You don't have to snap your iPad in and its sits in the groove easily and was stabile with my silicone case installed on the iPad. The iTilt is very lightweight too making it easy to pack and carry with you. You will never notice that the iTilt is in your bag.

This little stand is great for propping the iPad up to watch video on YouTube or Netflix. It also works well if you like to work from your tablet and want the iPad standing up while you type on a Bluetooth keyboard. The tablet will go into the iTilt in portrait or landscape modes.

  • Easy to use
  • Thin and lightweight

  • $19.95 seems somewhat expensive for something this simple

The iTilt is a nice stand for your iPad that will work with a case on your tablet. This is a great choice for someone needing a very portable iPad stand.
