Verizon made the Droid Bionic official yesterday. Today, September 8, the big and powerful 4G Android phone goes on sale. Verizon wants you to pay $299.99 with 2-year contract for the Bionic. You can bring the price down to $199.99 when you buy the Bionic on Amazon Wireless.
Features of the Droid Bionic include 1Ghz Dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch qHD screen, Android 2.3, 1GB RAM, 16GB Storage, 16GB microSD card, GPS, Wireless-N and of course 4G LTE. The Motorola Droid Bionic weighs 5.6 ounces and measures 2.6 x 5 x 0.4 inches. Its 1735 mAh lithium-ion battery is rated at up to 10.8 hours of talk time, and up to 200 hours (8.3 days) of standby time. It runs on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network, as well as EV-DO, Rev A 3G and CDMA 800/1900 frequencies where 4G LTE is not available.
