Cool toy gun with lots of sound effects

Today I am checking out another cool toy, this time it's called the Light Strike Assault Striker GAR-023. This toy reminds me of the Laser Tag guns when I was a kid. Read on for all of the details on the Assault Striker GAR-023.
Specifications
The Light Strike Assault Striker GAR-023 is an interesting gun that makes all sorts of sound effects and looks like something out of Doom. The gun has multiple sounds, a reload button, and multiple weapons that the player can choose. It also has a health meter to monitor the user's life. The Assault Striker GAR-023 is available now for about $40.
In Use
I've been looking at a lot of different toys the last few weeks in the ramp up to the holiday season that will be here before you know it. We are only about three months from Christmas and in this economy, we all need some time to get the gifts in order. This week I am checking out the Assault Striker GAR-023 from the Light Strike toy line. You can think of this as a laser tag gun for the new generation.
This gun has all sorts of buttons and lights on it that kids can play with. The first time you turn the gun on it says in a clear voice that you need a fingerprint to activate the gun. It doesn't really read fingerprints, but you place your finger on a white spot on the left side and it pretends to read the fingerprint and then the gun activates.
Right below the fingerprint button is a button that changes the weapons. Each of the weapons has different sounds and does different damage to an opponent you might be playing against or the laser target that was sent along with my Assault Striker GAR-023. The most fun to be had with this is in a two or more player battle. The fun allows you to choose if you are the red team or the blue team. Each time you are hit the life counter goes down. When you run out of life, the gauge will refill and the opposing team gets a point.
The guns have a bunch of accessories that will snap onto the top or bottom of the gun depending on what the accessory it is. There are accessories to help you find the enemy, a scope, and accessories that will do other things. I had the scope accessory and the accessory that helps find the enemies. I didn’t get to try the gun in two-player battle mode because I only had one. It was fun to play with the target, but that got boring. If you buy, one of these be sure you get two so other people can play too.

The Assault Striker GAR-023 is a very cool toy that your kids will like to play with. It's also easy to use and light enough for little kids to use.
