Today I am checking out an interesting case for the iPhone 4 called the Callet. This case is also available for other smartphones and comes in several colors. It is designed to be your wallet and your smartphone protection in one device. Read on for all of the details on the Callet.
The Callet is a soft silicone style case available for the iPhone and various other smartphones. I am checking out the iPhone 4 version of the Callet today. The wallet can be had in pink, blue, black, or white colors for about $20.
The Callet is a very interesting little case. It's sort of like a case I checked out in the past that would only hold a couple cards. The cool thing about the Callet is that the case is more flexible and you can shoehorn in more cards than you think. The case is made out of a soft material that will help pad the iPhone 4 in the case of a drop.
The material the case is made from has a soft touch feel to it and it is stretchy enough to easily go onto the iPhone 4, but snug enough that it doesn't feel like it will come off. The case leaves the controls and parts uncovered along with the camera. I was able to dock the iPhone 4 on my alarm clock dock and it worked just fine.
This case will work on both the ATT and Verizon versions of the phone. There is also a version for the iPhone 3G/3GS and various Blackberry models. I was able to get several credit cards and my driver's license into the Callet without any issues. The only downside to the soft touch material is that it is a bit grippy on the inside of my pocket making the phone a little difficult to remove from my pocket when driving or sitting down.
If you like to travel light and go with only your iPhone and no wallet, the Callet is perfect for you.
