Microsoft updated yesterday on the Windows Phone 7.5 aka Mango release status. The roll-out is starting next week. As confirmation, German T-Mobile tweeted today that HTC Windows Phones get the update next week. Every phone model is basically on a different schedule as each manufacturer is responsible for the update process.
Microsoft has set up time tables for each Windows Phone and when Mango is supposed to arrive here.
The Windows Mango release is supposed to launch another wave of new Windows Phones. The new Mango phones are expected to arrive soon including the first Nokia Windows Phone.
It is hard to say if Microsoft will be able to capture a significant market share this fall with the new generation of Windows phones. Mango has some new neat features, but will it be enough to get attention from consumers?
