Tons of people are still waiting for HP to release the newly built HP TouchPads for $99.99. As reported, a week ago HP employees got their chance to buy $99 TouchPads. If you cannot wait any longer, how about a $99.99 HTC Flyer Tablet? Best Buy is offering the 7-inch HTC Flyer in stores only. You need to check stores to see if they have stock.
The HTC Flyer runs Android 2.3 and not HoneyComb. There is supposed a HoneComb Android update coming for the HTC Flyer. What is interesting that Best Buy just slashed the list price of $499.99 to $299.99 a couple days ago. And now Best Buy is getting rid of the HTC Flyer in a Fire Sale.
More details on Best Buy.
My recommendation is though to get the Amazon Kindle Fire, if you want a 7-inch bargain tablet.
Udate:
Some consumers tweet that the $99.99 HTC Flyer price is a mistake. There are supposed signs at Best Buy stores saying that. The online site still says $99.99. Weird.
