Today I am checking out a luxury premium case of the Apple iPad. The case is called the Mapi Cases Byze. The case is available in several colors and is a high end luxury leather case for fans of the iPad. Read on for all of the details.

The Mapi Cases Byze is available in eight different colors to suit your style. It is made from top grain leather. The leather is natural so it may have marks on it that were actually on the cow. The flap of the case has a magnetic closure. The Mapi Cases Byze is available now for $100 and fits the iPad or iPad 2 tablet.

In Use

One look at the Mapi Cases Byze and you can tell it's a fancy and high-end offering. The leather is glove soft and has an embossed pattern on the surface. Everything about the case is high-end with stitching that is perfect and an inside that has soft suede.

The soft suede inside will prevent scratches to your iPad or iPad 2 from putting it in and out of the case frequently. The original iPad I have fits into the case with little effort. The suede is a bit grippy and wanted to grab onto the screen protector on my iPad case. The leather is padded to add protection to your device from drops and bumps.

If you are after a high end case with style that will also protect this might be the perfect case for you. It also comes with a gray fabric bag for the case to help protect it and keep dust away. It reminds me of the little grey bags my wife has for some of her fancy purses. The only real downside here is the price of $100. That is a lot of money for an iPad case, but if you are after luxury this case might be just what you need.
