Walmart Black Friday Super Saturday Sale starts at 11am with Cupcakes and More

Walmart announced this week the first Walmart Super Saturday Sale of the season. The Walmart Super Saturday Sale event is starting at 11am on Saturday, November 5, at Walmart Stores nationwide. This is a in-store sales event, but there are likely some deals also available online. There is though a reason to go into the stores. Walmart is serving up cupcakes and food samples.

Walmart offers the Amazing Online Specials Sale in parallel on Walmart.com. Since the Super Saturday announcement we have identified the best deals that Walmart has revealed so far. Walmart also has now issued the Super Saturday Ad that you can view online.

Early Target Black Friday Deals make Walmart look bad: $197 32-inch HDTV, $197 Acer Laptop.

Best Buy offer incredible new Black Friday Deals on Sunday including $199.99 32-inch 1080p HDTV.

New Walmart Amazing Online Sale launched

The $398 Sanyo DP42840 42-inch 1080p 60Hz HDTV is one of the highlights of the Walmart Super Saturday Sale and we have compared it to the Best Buy 42-inch HDTV deal offered at the same price - Walmart wins. The lowest price I have seen for this full HD TV is $450. Walmart sells this Sanyo TV for $498 right now online. I am not sure if they will match the price on Saturday online as well to the advertised in-store price. Best Buy offers though today and tomorrow the lowest priced 32-inch HDTV I have seen so far. The 32-inch Westinghouse HDTV is on sale for only $199.99. Walmart has nothing announced to counter that deal.

Additionally to the $398 Sanyo TV deal, Walmart offers the Vizio 42-inch 1080p 60Hz HDTV for $498 and the 47-inch LG 47LV4400 LED 1080p 120Hz HDTV for $698. The LG 47LV4400 is a great deal and it seems Sears is to almost match the price at $699. Walmart is going to sell the LG 47LV4400 also online on Saturday for $698.

Besides the TV deals the Walmart Super Saturday also offers two Xbox 360 console packages with a free $50 gift card. You also get the same deal at ToysRUs and on Amazon.
Best Buy is again here embarrising Walmart with offering free $100 Gift Cards with the Xbox 360 Kinect consoles already today.

Check out all other Walmart Super Saturday deals on Walmart.com. We have also uploaded the Walmart Super Saturday Deals into our new Black Friday Mart.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
