T-Mobile has a new tablet that is landing at stores just in time of holiday giving. The new tablet is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. The Plus on the tablet means that it supports 4G. The downside is that T-Mobile has the HSPA+ flavor of 4G rather than the real LTE or WiMax 4G people really want.
The new tablet has a 7-inch screen and is one of the thinnest and lightest 7-inch tablets on the market. That screen supports multitouch and is sized for a nice mix of portability, multimedia and web surfing use. The operating system is Android 3.2 honeycomb and the tablet uses a 1.2GHz processor inside.
Internal storage is 16GB and the tablet has a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB more storage. The rear camera has 3MP resolution and can record 720p HD video. The front camera is a 2MP unit for video chats. The tablet will sell for $249.99 with a new 2-year data plan contract at $29.99 monthly. It will be available on November 16.
