Nintendo has some of the most iconic game characters ever created under its belt from Mario to Zelda and everything between. I and many gamers like me don't even have to see the character to recognize the game, all we need is to hear that old low quality music to be taken back to the early days of gaming. Nintendo has announced that it will be hosting its concert series in 2012.
The concert series will kick off on January 10 2012 in Dallas, Texas. The series will kick off with the Dallas Symphony playing Symphony of the Goddesses. The music is from different games in the series. The symphony program is a four-movement symphony and it will be conducted by Eimear Noone. The concert is a multimedia event and will have visuals from the games along with the music.
The music will come from various Legend of Zelda games from old times up to music from the Skyward Sword game for the Wii. The tickets will range in price from $19 each up to $115 and are available through the symphony box office. The concert series will travel to other locations in 2012 as well.
