The new Microsoft Windows Phones are on sale at various carriers. New Windows Phones include the Samsung Focus Flash and the HTC Radar 4G. 

To get your free $25 prepaid App card visit this page (via Microsoft's Windows Phone blog) and enter your phone number and IMEI or MEID of your Windows Phone. You must buy the Windows Phone until December 31 to qualify for this offer.
