Samsung Galaxy Nexus Confirmed for Dec Launch in US

If you are the sort that got all excited when the Galaxy Nexus broke cover you aren't alone. This will be one of the hottest Android smartphones to land in recent memory. The smartphone was originally expected to land this month.

With November almost at an end it's clear that we won't be seeing the device this month. Samsung has now confirmed the launch date for the Galaxy Nexus in December for the US. There is still no word on specifically what day the device will launch.

We are also still wondering about the price of the smartphone too. Some of the high-end Android devices have been selling for more than the $199 price that is common today. The Nexus launched unlocked in the UK last week.
