Buy.com today reported sales over the last two days grew by double digits year-over-year. A major driver of the retailers's overall sales growth was Buy.com's marketplace, which includes more than 4,000 top-tier retailers. Buy.com offers more than 11 million unique products and special holiday discounts on products ranging from tablets to cookware and more. This rise in Buy.com sales fits to the results of an IBM's study that said that there was a dramatic rise in online sales on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday compared to last year.
"Shoppers have come to know Buy.com as a one-stop destination for the best return on their dollar," said Neel Grover, CEO and president of Buy.com. "Our initial holiday results point to a strong start of the season, as consumers responded favorably to our expanded selection of products and our newest initiatives we put in place to create an even more wallet-friendly shopping experience."
