The way this works is that you buy the OnStar FMV and then Best Buy sends you an email confirmation. Then you call your local Best Buy to schedule the installation. The basic installation is free, but there is a $5 materials fee. The cost of additional parts and labor typically ranges from $5 - $200, depending upon vehicle make and model.
