Samsung has officially tossed the new Galaxy Ace Plus into the sunlight. The phone has no official price mentioned on the Samsung website, but this would have to be a lower priced handset looking at the features. The device runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has mid-range features from what I see.
It has Samsung TouchWiz on top of Android and rocks a 3.65-inch LCD. The screen has a resolution of 320x480 and the smartphone measures 114.7 x 62.5 x 11.2mm and weighs in at 115g. The processor runs at 1GHz and it appears to be a single core unit.
The rear camera is a 5MP unit with autofocus and LED flash. The camera will record video and the phone supports WiFi and Bluetooth as well as common music in video files for playback. It will work on HSDPA 7.2Mbps 900/2100 and EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900 networks.
