Harman has announced that three of its products have received CES Innovations 2012 Design and Engineering Awards. The three products that received the awards are all Harman audio gear including the Harman Kardon SB 30, JBL MS-2, and JBL MS-A1004. The awards were given by a panel of designers and engineers.
The SB 30 is a home theater sound bar system with a speaker array that uses DSP. It has a separate subwoofer and will directly connect to the theater gear. The MS-2 is a pocket size digital sound processor that is designed to improve the sound quality in a car.
The MS-A1004 is a series of component speakers and subwoofers for the car with a compact digital signal processor and four-channel amp with 400W of power. These products will be on display at the Harman Kardon booth at CES.
