I mentioned not long ago that Velocity Micro had a new pico projector called the Shine. Along with that projector, the company is also showing off a pair of new tablets. The tablets are the Cruz Tablet T507 and the Cruz Tablet T510. The main difference is the screen size.
The T507 is a 7-inch tablet and the T510 is a 9.7-inch tablet. Other than the screen size, both tablets share the same features. They both use a Cortex A8 1.2GHz processor. The also both have a Mali 400MHz 3D graphics processor.
The tablets also have 8GB of RAM, a front camera, and both run Android 4.0 for the operating system. The A507 tablet will sell for under $150. If it is a good tablet, it will undercut the Kindle Fire. There is no indication of price for the A510.
