MSI to Unveil GT783 - "World's Fastest" Gaming Laptop

MSI is set to debut a new gaming laptop that you can bet will be in the CES 2012 booth at the show. The notebook is being hailed as the fastest gaming notebook in the world and it has hardware that just might make it fastest. It's called the GT783 and won a CES Innovations award.

The machine has a 2GHz Core i7 processor and up to 32GB of RAM. The massive 17.3-inch full HD screen with LED backlighting has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The notebook can be optioned with a Blu-ray player, up to 1.5TB of storage and lots more.

Graphics are handled by an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580M discrete graphics card with 2GB of RAM. Other features include HDMI output, WiFi, Bluetooth, and a 9-cell battery. The webcam supports HD resolution and the keyboard is made by SteelSeries.
