Dell Financial Services takes 20% off all refurbished and off-lease Dell notebooks of $400 or more via code "Sun72LP$nb$". That's tied with last week's mention (which didn't have a minimum) and is among the largest percent-off coupons we've seen for use on notebooks from Dell Financial Services this year. (We listed a 25% off coupon last month, although it was limited to a single line.) Shipping starts at $17.99 and sales tax is added where applicable. All systems include a 100-day Dell warranty. Coupon ends July 27.

Dell Financial Services also takes 25% off all refurbished and off-lease Dell desktops of $300 or more via code "Wind?7$DT#". That's tied with our May mention for the best percent-off discount we've seen on these systems from Dell Financial Services this year.
