Samsung has unveiled a couple new digital point and shoot cameras at CES 2012. The new cameras are the ST76 and the ST66. Both cameras have the same 16.1MP image resolution. They also have brushed metal designs and a premium style. The cameras are made to be compact and slip into a pocket easily.
The cameras come in five different colors and the only real difference appears to be that the ST76 has optical image stabilization. Both cameras have the same F/2.5 25mm wide angle bright lens and 4x optical zoom. Both cameras can record 720p HD resolution movies at 30 fps.
The cameras also feature Live Panorama setting, Smart Auto 2.0 to choose scene modes and art modes to tweak photos in the camera. Face Tracking is included and the cameras have a Funny face feature that can make noses and other body parts larger. Pricing and availability are unknown.
