Mobileye Unveils Series 5 Car Safety Device at CES
Helps you drive safer
There are several carmakers today that are putting all sorts of safety gear into their vehicles. Ford is one of the firms with tech that helps the driver stay alert and in their own lane. Drivers that have cars and trucks that didn't come with that tech can now add something similar with the new Mobileye Advance Driver Assistance System that is in the Mobileye 5-series hardware.
The device appears to be a dash mount system that works with the smartphone you already have to give the driver visual alerts for critical things on the road. The system has lane departure warnings to keep you from veering into other lanes. It also has forward collision warning that alerts the drive up to 2.7 seconds before an accident.
Other features include headway monitor and warning to remind the driver to keep a safe distance and the device has a pedestrian collision warning system. The 5-series also has a method of controlling the high bema lights on the car and a traffic sign recognition system to keep the driver from speeding. The 5-series range from $749 to $849 and are available now.

Michelle Rodriguez Talks Relationships
Actress Michelle Rodriguez has been in the celebrity news this summer for her loud relationship with model Cara Delevingne followed by a fling with Zac Efron. Listen to her talk about relationships below.
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
