Today I am going to check out a new cleaning solution kit for all you electronic devices from Antec. Antec has been in the computer accessory and hardware business for years and made some very nice products. If you want something that will clean your gadgets and computer screens without hurting your gear, the 3x Strength Cleaning Spray Kit may be for you.
The 3x Strength Cleaning Spray Kit comes in two forms. One with a cloth and a small portable bottle of spray and one with a small and a large bottle of spray with the same cleaning cloth. The small bottle has 60ml of fluid and the large has 240ml. The kits Range from $13 to $19 online most places.
I had the kit with two bottles of solution and the cleaning cloth for this review. The reason for the two bottles is so that the person who travels will have a labeled bottle that can make it through airport security. I have tried a lot of cleaning solutions and I am partial to the sort that doesn't have strong smells. The 3x Strength Cleaning Spray Kit is just such a kit with no strong odor.
The fluid is made to not drip or run, which is a big deal on vertical screens. Fluid that runs down the screen can make its way inside the gadget and cause damage. With the Antec fluid, you don't have to worry about that. If you worry about germs, the 3x Strength Cleaning Spray fluid kills those germs to keep you and your family from getting sick. That makes it perfect for touchscreens.
I used the solution on all my gadgets including my smartphone, tablet, and PC display. I like that it doesn't run. I sprayed it on my screen and then just sat there for a while and the solution stayed exactly where I sprayed it. The black microfiber cloth is soft and non-abrasive, but strong enough to remove greasy smears.
A perfect example is when my kids used my smartphone while eating Pizza. I tried to get the greasy smears off with a napkin along and just spread it around. One spray of the 3x Strength Cleaning Spray and a rub with the microfiber cloth and the smears were gone. The solution also seems to help keep dust and other smears away.
The cleaning kit I reviewed is about $19 in stores. That seems like a lot, but the solution and cloth will last a long time and it works great for keeping your gear smear and smudge free.
