Qmadix has unveiled a new battery charger that is aimed at the desktop user wanting a charger that can sit on the desk and work when needed. The charger could be carried on the road with you to different places thanks to being compact enough to not take up too much space.
The eclipse measures 2.7-inches x 2-inches x 0.9-inches and has a top that flips up to reveal a docking connector for the iPhone. The iPhone isn't the only smartphone or device the eclipse will charge though. It also has a USB port on the side.
That USB port means that as long as you have the charge cable you need, it will work with just about anything. The front has an LED indicator to show how much power is left in the 1500mAh internal battery. Both the input and output are rated for 5VDC. Pricing and launch details are not offered at this time.
