Samsung Mobile USA published a teaser video for the Samsung Super Bowl 2012 Ad promoting the new Galaxy Note.
Initially it looked like Samsung would advertise the Galaxy SII in their first Super Bowl commercial. Now it is clear that the new big screen smartphone Galaxy Note will be the star of the ad.
Samsung is apparently continuing the fun "The Next Big Thing Campaign" that takes swings at the Apple fanboys. At least the teaser ad below is still in that theme. As reported the actual Samsung Super Bowl 2012 Ad is directed by Bobby Farrelly.
Bobby Farrelly is known for Me, Myself & Irene and There's Something About Marry.
Bobby Farrelly stands for lough out loud comedy, which means the first Samsung Super Bowl ad should be funny.
The Samsung Galaxy Note launches in the second half of February. A Super Bowl ad for the Galaxy Note makes totally sense. The Galaxy Note is a 5.3-inch Android Smartphone that also takes stylus input.
