"Verizon. It's an old persons's Nightmare." That is how the SNL Verizon Ad ends that was part of the sketch line-up on Saturday. Bill Hader plays a Verizon sales person explaining a customer what 4G LTE will do for him. The result is pretty funny, but also not far from reality. The 4G moniker is totally diluted at this point and it is even for geeks hard to keep track of what each carrier is marketing as 4G. Is it just 3G+ or is it indeed LTE. Is it though full LTE and how large is the coverage? Anyway. Watch the Verizon Ad below.
For Verizon, the SNL skid is actually great free advertising.
