Telesar V Robot with Shadow Function unveiled

Japanese scientists develop robots that mimics the controller's movements, just like boxing robot in Real Steel with Hugh Jackman.

Japanese scientist introduced the Telesar V robot to the world. Telesar V has a shadow function like the boxing robot in Real Steel. That means the robot makes the same movements as the controller. The only problem is that the controller needs to wear special gloves and a HMD. The twist here is that the controlling human sees what the robot is doing making this a very cool telepresence setup as depicted in another Hollywood movie: Avatar.

In the near future you could walk into a hazardous area with Telesar V robot and repair stuff as if you would be there.
