Apple announces New iPad and Apple TV

Apple has just unveiled the new iPad and a new Apple TV at a media event. There no real surprises. The rumor mill has been pretty accurate this time. The new iPad has a Retina Display, A5X CPU, 5MP back side camera and iSight front camera. There is indeed a 4G LTE version of the new iPad.

Also as rumored the new iPad 3 will go on sale on March 16 starting at $499.

Apple will also launch a new Apple TV with 1080p support on March 16 for $99.
