Best Buy sells almost as many iPhones as Apple says new retail research.
Most consumers get their iPhone from their carrier of choice. According to AllThingsD a new research from consumer Intelligence Research Partners shows that Best Buy is also a big source for the iPhone.
Best Buy has a 13% marketshare, which is only 2% less than Apple's direct sales. In the lead is AT&T with 32% followed by Verizon with 30%. Sprint is only accounting for 7% of the iPhone sales in the US.
The data is based on a consumer survey from the past three months.
