A while back Motorola won an injunction against Apple over the push e-mail feature of iCloud. Apple appealed the decision in Germany. This week the German appeals court upheld the previous ruling barring Apple from offering push mail features in Germany.
German users can still get your e-mail the I cloud, but the e-mail is delivered to the app is open. It appears Apple will have to pay damages to Motorola, but what those fees are unknown.
