Traditionally Google has used the Toyota Prius as the sole vehicle and its autonomous fleet. The only change to that was the Audi TT that was used in and autonomous race. A new Google autonomous vehicle has been spied in Southern California.
The new vehicle is a Lexus RX450h hybrid SUV. You can bet someone is driving the vehicle in this photo since California has no laws on the book to allow the testing of autonomous vehicles on public roadways.
