AT&T sold 5.5 Million Smartphones last Quarter, 4.3 Million of those are iPhones

The iPhone dominates AT&T iPhone sales with 78%.

At Verizon the iPhone accounted for 50% of smartphone sales last quarter. At AT&T the iPhone has captured a 78% share, based on the new AT&T quarterly financials. Android seems to only be strong outside of the United States. Else I cannot explain the huge activation numbers Google has released in the past. The US smartphone market is dominated by the iPhone.
