Dell Financial Services knocks 35% off any refurbished or off-lease desktop priced at $299 or more via coupon code "35DT$299&up". That's the largest percent-off discount we've ever seen on these systems from Dell Financial Services. (We've listed several 30% off codes that didn't have a minimum purchase requirement, but none since March.) Shipping starts at $17.99 and sales tax is added where applicable. Dell refurbished computers are covered by a 100-day Dell warranty. Deal ends August 4 at 3 pm ET.
