I already said many times that I hate these patent battles. The consumer is the one losing. Now Apple won a preliminary injunction against the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Good thing for Samsung that they cans till sell the new version (Galaxy Tab 2). Another good thing. Not many consumers are actually buying a 10-inch Android tablet. At that size most grab an iPad.
I actually thought Samsung and Apple are ordered to sit down and sort this whole Patent thing out. What happened to that?
