Rumor Claims Public Beta of Office 2013 Coming Next Week

A report in USA Today claims that Microsoft will unveil the consumer preview of office 2013 is coming Monday, July 16. There are more sources cited in the report so a grain of salt may be needed. This would be the first public preview of the coming productivity suite if it turns out to be true.

A beta version of the app was leaked previously. Office 2013 is a big deal for Microsoft and the file version is expected later this year, likely around October when Windows 8 launches.
